Didata. Two things although 52% of the shareholders - Allan Gray Investments and Venfin - said they will go with the offer I just wonder if we won’t find somewhere, and this is a huge hi-tech market in which they operate - whether another company will say “that’s an interesting possibility - let’s just see if it’s worth an extra few rands…” I think now we have a floor price there is no loss potential in it. I think that may be an interesting chance to take… It’s very unlikely [...for the deal falls through...]. Let’s assume it does I think the Japanese company will say “52% is better than not having a stake…” It may take longer to get decisions through but they will get it. Didata themselves have said they want to go with it so it’s just a question of time before they take it off the market.
