Mpho Mojalefa: From a trading perspective I think with what we are seeing in the last couple of days there is quite a bit of volatility - but I mentioned earlier the euro seems to be rebounding so I think the market has a bit of legs in the near term. Having said that we’ve seen the gold price come off and I suspect that the gold shares are going to take a bit of a knock. A way to play it given the fairly strong currency is too look at NewGold. I think we are going to see a bit of weakness so rather than calling a long or calling a buy I would be looking at potentially shorting NewGold…

Erika van der Merwe: What share do you believe will perform well over this World Cup month?

Mpho Mojalefa: We don’t have too much time left in terms of the next couple of days but I think going back to looking for value a stock that’s not too correlated to the market is Naspers - we mentioned it earlier - at R270 it is looking like a pretty good at this stage.
