Transcript:

I’m going for Didata. We’ve seen that IT spend has recovered quite sharply from the lows of 2009. Companies are still willing to spend on IT given that it increases their productivity therefore I like Didata for the specific reason that it’s exposed to high growth emerging markets and they are still growing in the high teens whereas the developed world market is growing in the 5% to 10% range. Didata also has about R2 cash per share on the balance sheet and that should provide an underpin to the share price. We’ve also seen in the recent trading update that its margins could go up to 7% from 5% currently and revenue could grow by 10% compound so that will provide it with good growth going forward.
