My stock pick published their results recently - that’s manufacturer of pharmaceuticals Adcock Ingram. A very strong balance sheet and a handsome dividend. They’re exposed to the consumer market – but that’s more on the non-discretionary side of things. Turnover of Adcock is divided into three divisions - the hospital side, the over the counter (OTC) side that will pick up once the economy turns, and the generic side that will definitely benefit like Aspen with the increased government spending on generic ARVs.
