Transcript:
In the next week or so we will see if the selling pressure carries on and we will see the roll-over effect from Dubai World and how big that is. On a pull-back we can look at Anglo American and slightly contrarian to one or two other people I think also Telkom. Telkom is slightly overvalued at the moment - from around R35 and slightly below there is definitely embedded value in Telkom. As a long term investor if you take a look at Telkom at R35 and below there is definitely value there. They’ve got lots of headwinds - but they are going to move into Africa and into the data environment. They’ve been managed relatively badly so a slight improvement in the way they run things - and there’s the World Cup coming with that revenue - so it’s a bit of a dark horse. At R35 and slightly below Telkom definitely shows some value.
